Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial / CSI) Developer to support the development, customization, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of our ERP environment. This individual will play a hands-on technical role throughout the ERP lifecycle, working closely with internal IT and business stakeholders to develop solutions that support manufacturing, supply chain, and operational processes. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Infor SyteLine, particularly Mongoose development, customizations, integrations, SQL, and full-cycle ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial applications. Build and modify forms, IDOs, scripts, and application extensions using the Mongoose framework. Participate in full-cycle SyteLine implementations, including requirements gathering, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support. Develop and maintain SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database objects. Design, develop, and support integrations between SyteLine and third-party applications. Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize system performance, and resolve application defects. Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Support ongoing ERP enhancements, upgrades, and system improvements. Document customizations, technical processes, and development standards.

Required Qualifications: Hands-on development experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial (CSI).Strong experience with the Infor Mongoose development framework. Experience developing and customizing IDOs, forms, scripts, and extensions. Previous involvement in full-cycle Infor SyteLine implementations. Strong SQL Server skills, including queries and stored procedures. Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, and web services. Understanding of manufacturing and distribution business processes. Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Ability to work onsite in Tampa, FL, five days per week.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Infor ION and REST APIs. Experience with multiple SyteLine implementations, upgrades, and migrations. Familiarity with Factory Track. Experience supporting discrete manufacturing environments. Previous experience working directly with manufacturing organizations.
