Laborer

Key Responsibilities: Cut rail to precise measurements using oxy-acetylene or similar torch equipment Drill rail sections accurately based on customer or job specifications Palletize and organize materials for outgoing orders Ensure all products meet quality standards before shipment Operate yard tools and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications: Previous experience in a labor, manufacturing, or metalworking environment preferred Experience with torch cutting and drilling equipment is a plus Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Dependable with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
