Senior Commercial Underwriter Responsibilities: Qualifying and underwriting by understanding needs, risk characteristics, and loss experience to develop coverage and premium proposals Leading negotiations with respect to terms and premiums to handle renewals and attract new business, and administering the process Responsible for issuing binders, policies, and endorsements Fostering positive working relationships with internal and external parties, Building and maintaining strong broker relationships Performing other duties as assigned

Senior Underwriter Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience as an Underwriter in commercial Property Reinsurance experience required Program experience is a must-have in Delegated Underwriting Authority Additional D&O, Professional Liability, etc., experience would be an asset Bachelor's degree or equivalentCPCU or similar designation would be considered a big plus Problem-solving, analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication Influencing and negotiation skills Service-oriented attitude with interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal and external partners Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure, and prioritize multiple tasks What They offer: Professional and financial growth Competitive pay $150K-$180K (depending on experience) plus a good bonus with OTE $200K-$220KGenerous benefits including dental, health, medical, 401(k)If you have what it takes, please send us your resume today!
