Compensation & Equity Program Lead

CLEAR is building the secure identity company of the future, seeking a Manager of Compensation & Equity to lead day-to-day administration and evolution of broad-based programs. You’ll partner with People, Finance, Legal, and leadership to deliver market-competitive, equitable, and scalable compensation and equity solutions. You will own equity administration with Fidelity, manage compensation cycles, and drive data-driven decision-making using AI tools.
