Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN at Van Duyn, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Serve as charge nurse, overseeing the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Monitor patient/resident plans of care and participate in the care planning process
- Report to the nurse manager, nursing supervisor, or Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver excellent patient care
Requirements/Qualifications:
Valid LPN Practical Nurse LicenseCPR Certification New graduates welcome to apply (no experience necessary)
