Offices of PhysiciansAll Other Outpatient Care CentersGeneral Medical and Surgical HospitalsASHS represents a facility in Oregon seeking ENT & Urology post-op locums coverage. URGENT NEED : Provider will start as soon as credentialing is completed Seeking an APP with ENT experience. Provider will also be asked to perform post-op visits for urology patients if comfortable. Any urology experience is a plus. Coverage Details Coverage Type: Outpatient Schedule Type: Clinic Only Dates of Need: 0.5-0.7 FTE for Pediatric ENT clinic coverage (2.5-3 days per week) Pediatric Urology post-op visits (0.5-1 day per week) Coverage will amount to approximately 4 days per week.
Requirements:
