Healthcare Call Center Representative LaSalle Network is hiring a Healthcare Call Center Representative for a healthcare organization in downtown Chicago. This Healthcare Call Center Representative will serve as a trusted resource for participants navigating healthcare benefits, eligibility and claims. We're looking for a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced call center environment and can deliver accurate, empathetic support. Handle inbound calls regarding healthcare benefits, eligibility and claims Research and resolve participant questions while coordinating with internal teams Explain healthcare benefit plans, policies and eligibility requirements Maintain accurate participant records across claims and eligibility systems Review documentation, verify information and request additional records as needed Coordinate claim adjustments, payment corrections and reimbursement recoveries Explain medical, disability, life insurance and illness and injury benefit programs Process stop payments, void requests and other benefit-related transactions Maintain electronic documentation while following HIPAA and confidentiality requirements Collaborate across departments to resolve participant concerns and improve processes What's needed?
