Brief Strategic Family Therapist - *$1500 Signing Bonus

Your Role: Manage a caseload of 8-10 families (ages 6-18), diverted from family court. Provide home, office, and telehealth mental health services. Be flexible: evening, weekend, and holiday availability is a must. Complete all documentation to standards. Collaborate with support services and participate in supervision. We're Looking For: Virginia-registered Resident in Counseling (LMHP-R) or Supervisee in Social Work (LMHP-S), or eligible to register. QMHP-C with 5+ years experience working with children and families also considered. Valid driver's license, insurance, own vehicle, and good driving record. Passion for serving youth/families, strong communication, and a focus on outcomes.
