Key responsibilities of the Anesthesia Technician include: Open sterile supplies (art lines, central lines, PA catheters, etc.)Set up Mayo stand and place EKG leads Monitor blood pressure cuffs, pulse ox, and become familiar with TEE imaging units Assist with intubation, knowing different intubation blades and bronchoscopes Manage ventilators, including filling gases and calibrating machines Set up IABP, troubleshoot, and handle alarms Transport patients with IABPRequirements of the Anesthesia Technician include: Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care, high acuity settingsBLS certification High school diploma or above Milwaukee offers a vibrant lifestyle with rich cultural experiences, diverse dining options, and a serene lakeside setting.
