Role Overview: We are seeking an immediate, dynamic, strategic, and detail-oriented Global Marketing Manager to drive 360-degree product launches and commercial growth within our skincare portfolio. In this role, you will turn overarching franchise strategy into compelling product innovations, go-to-market strategies, and high-impact commercial toolkits. The ideal candidate possesses deep beauty industry acumen, an executive presence, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration. You will serve as the bridge between global strategy and regional execution while staying on the pulse of skincare trends, ingredient innovations, and longevity science.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Product Launch Management (NPL):
  • Lead End-to-End NPL Workstreams: Translate long-term franchise strategy into actionable product innovation opportunities, managing detailed project workplans and ensuring seamless execution against key stage-gate milestones.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner closely with Product Development, Packaging, Legal, Supply Chain, and Finance to oversee formulation, claims, profitability, and packaging processes from concept through commercialization.
  • Storytelling & Pitching: Build high-impact, narrative-driven PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership and key stakeholders to gain alignment on the innovation pipeline.
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) & 360 Launch Execution
  • Campaign & Brief Development: Author comprehensive 360-degree creative briefs and concept narratives that inspire creative partners.
  • Global Launch Toolkits: Develop robust go-to-market toolkits for regional teams, encompassing launch strategy, key claim prioritization, creative assets, digital/social activations, visual merchandising guidelines, and promotional tactics.
  • Regional Enablement: Partner directly with regional marketing teams to ensure flawless downstream execution, adapting global plans to local market needs while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Landscaping
  • Category Analysis: Perform regular deep-dives into the skincare landscape, monitoring competitive launches, disruptive formulations, ingredient trends, pricing architectures, and promotional strategies.
  • Trend Forecasting: Track emerging consumer behaviors and macro trends—specifically in the
aging + longevity spaces—to identify whitespace opportunities for future innovation. Consumer Activation Insights: Evaluate best-in-class beauty activations, influencer campaigns, and retail experiences to continuously elevate our go-to-market approach. Candidate Qualifications
Required Experience: Industry Background: 4–6+ years of brand marketing experience within the beauty, personal care, or skincare sector. 360 Marketing Expertise: Proven experience building holistic marketing campaigns driven by strong conceptual storytelling that can come to life across consumer touchpoints. NPL & Commercialization Track Record: Hands-on experience driving stage-gate innovation processes from initial concept development to commercial launch.
Technical & Core Competencies: Advanced Storytelling & PowerPoint: Expert-level presentation design skills with a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into compelling, visual stories for senior leadership. Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional cross-functional management skills with the confidence to influence up, down, and across matrixed organization structures. Communication & Executive Presence: Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to and fielding questions from executive stakeholders. Attention to Detail: Rigorous project management skills, strong organization, and meticulous oversight of timelines, brief details, and asset execution. Market Acumen: Passionate about skincare innovation, formula science, ingredient trends, and evolving consumer beauty habits.
