HuckPem Assembly

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform detailed and complicated assembly of components detailed assembly instructions, blueprint, processes, and procedures to position parts all paperwork required including clocking in/out of jobs and issuing components/hardware in ERP.Utilize hand and pneumatic tools safely to complete assembly. Includes: install and remove temporary fasteners, countersink holes, deburr parts, rivet parts, install and torque bolts/nuts. Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Lead. Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate assembly functions. Complete visual inspections during process to detect defective material, quality of work completed and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. Pack parts for shipping taking care not to damage parts. Comply with safety

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
