DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.We will ONLY be interviewing candidates with previous door-to-door sales experience. This is not a desk-management position. We need a proven salesperson who can get in the field, generate business, demonstrate the process, motivate new reps, and teach them how to succeed.(*The first Trainer we bring on board will play an important role in shaping the future of our sales organization. This individual will help set the standard, establish the culture, and influence how we build and develop our team moving forward. TRAINER COMPENSATION10 or fewer weekly installs$130 per standard installation$150 per installation with ADAS11+ weekly installs$150 per standard installation$170 per installation with ADASHit the higher tier and that rate applies to ALL qualifying installs for the week.?? TRAINER BONUSES & OVERRIDES$1,000 Training-Success Bonus Earn $1,000 for each trainee who reaches 9+ qualifying installs per week for 4 consecutive weeks within their first 90 days of field training.$250 Trainee Milestone Bonus Earn $250 every time one of your trained reps reaches another 50-install milestone and earns their $1,000 milestone bonus.$20 OVERRIDE PER INSTALLEarn an additional $20 override on qualifying installs completed by your trained team members.??
