BCBA Lead & Mentor: Build & Train Therapy Team

Konnections Staffing in the San Jose area is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise, train, and mentor staff across East San Jose, South San Jose, Milpitas, Santa Clara and Campbell. This hands-on role offers an hourly, part-time or per-diem arrangement with a $1,500 sign-on bonus. The BCBA will design and monitor ABA treatment plans, supervise therapists, and collaborate with families to advance client outcomes.
