Director of Retail Marketing & Shopper Activation

Cymbiotika, based in San Diego, seeks a Director of Retail Marketing to own retailer-specific programs across our growing omnichannel retail business. This hands-on leader will partner with Sales, Brand Marketing, Retail Media, Creative, and external partners to drive shopper engagement and retail velocity. You will build annual plans, manage a small team, and lead execution from merchandising to activations and digital campaigns.
