A large local law firm is seeking a Corporate/Transactional Paralegal to join their team in Tampa, Florida. This direct hire position offers a salary ranging from $80K to $90K depending on experience. Responsibilities include forming and maintaining corporate records, preparing IRS forms, and drafting agreements. Qualified candidates must have at least four years of relevant experience and excellent communication skills. Florida Registered Paralegal designation is preferred.
