Batch Room Technician I

Summary: Position calls for multi-faceted task oriented person who may be involved in any one of these variables within this position as follows: Goop, Putty, Epoxy and Miscellaneous. Any or all of these positions may require batch mixing, container handling, chemical handling and pumping, and general maintenance housekeeping.

Primary Duties: Batch mixing according to specifications Chemical pumping Transfer of and/or mixing of products from one type of container to another Use of forklift to perform job responsibilities Level 1 Batch Room Operations Desco Static Room Clearance (B1 and B3)Non-

Essential Duties: Warehouse product organization Maintenance and cleanliness of equipment and warehouse work area Perform miscellaneous duties as requested by supervisor

Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Six (6) months minimum related production/manufacturing experience and/or training is desiredOR equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job Forklift certification with a minimum of six (6) months experience
