Technology & Commercial Contracts Attorney (2–4 yrs)

Koley Jessen P.C., L.L.O seeks a Commercial and Technology Agreements Attorney (2-4 years) to join its CAT Practice Group in Omaha. The successful candidate will handle diverse vendor, technology, and licensing contracts for clients nationwide, drafting and negotiating terms with diligence and business sense. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years CAT experience, strong drafting, review and negotiation skills, and Nebraska bar eligibility; familiarity with NDAs, SaaS, and data privacy/IP is a plus.
