Mechanical Assembly Technician

Responsibilities: Assemble mechanical and electromechanical systems using engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions. Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, schematics, and specifications. Install and assemble bearings, shafts, tubing, hydraulic/pneumatic components, and related hardware. Perform pipe threading, tube flaring, and swaging. Complete precision fitting, alignment, and adjustment of assemblies. Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and precision measuring instruments. Verify parts and materials prior to assembly. Perform mechanical inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of completed assemblies. Identify and report nonconforming materials or assembly issues. Accurately document assembly and testing activities. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Assist with packaging and shipment preparation as needed.
