Sales Consultant

Key responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outbound phone outreach to schools, districts, and organizations to generate leads Introduce Scholastic Book Fairs to decision-makers and lead discovery conversations to assess program needs Track and document outreach activities in the CRM system while meeting activity and lead generation goals

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of three years of proven successful sales experience in district/territory sales or customer service Proficiency with MS Office and experience with Sales Automation or CRM software Familiarity with children's literature and school activities is desired Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
