Lease Operator - San Angelo

General Responsibilities: Gauge production and perform operational checks on assigned wells, equipment and facilities. Perform lease maintenance, such as minor production repairs and maintaining a clean working environment. Maintain heater, separator, and other pressure vessels to company standards. Maintain fluid pumps. Report daily production data including well pressures and performance of Artificial Lift. Collaborate with other employees including Engineers, Foreman, etc. concerning wells and lease activities. Perform work in a manner that ensures the secure and environmentally safe operation of all wells and leases for which the pumper is responsible. Adhere to all safety and environmental policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma Preferred 2+ years of applicable job/industry experience. Strong commitment to safety and environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
