Top Pay & Benefits:
- Home Weekly
- Average $70,000 - $85,000 per year*Average $1,500 - $1,800 per week*Base percentage pay: 25% - 30%*Earn $250 per day, minimum guaranteed 3% bonus on every load after $4,000 revenue for the week
- Bonus Opportunities:$2,000 driver referral bonus$1,000 yearly anniversary bonus ($2,500 after 10 years of employment)$100 clean inspection bonus
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A License 6+ months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience required

- What to Expect:
- Our end dumps typically run regionally throughout MO, IL, IN and parts of IA. However, we routinely have freight going to Indiana and occasionally to other states. End Dump drivers can expect, in most cases, weekly home time with their 48 hour restart done at home over the weekend.
