Manager of Construction Coordination , AMER Construction Programs

Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of employees in contract administration tasks including diligence, work orders, and change orders. Facilitate design releases and provide administrative project support. Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements for construction customers across AWS.Communicate effectively both written and verbally with cross-functional stakeholders. Apply program coordination tools and methodologies to support efficient purchasing across construction disciplines.

Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of program or project management experience.2+ years of team management experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Finance, Supply Chain or equivalent. Familiar with payment systems and document controls.

Preferred Qualifications: 7+ years of program or project management experience.5+ years of team management experience. Familiar with payment systems and document controls. Proficient in project management tooling such as SmartSheets and Asana and creating dashboards and daily reports. Experience with Procore, Payee Central, Contract Central. Compensation: $114,500 – $189,300 per year (depending on geographic market and experience) plus equity, sign‑on, and additional benefits.
