Pricing Coordinator Job in St Louis Park, MN | Robert Half

Responsibilities: Create and distribute customer price lists for product categories, ensuring timely and accurate updates. Prepare rebate calculations and promotional pricing documentation while verifying compliance with internal guidelines and customer agreements. Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing, rebates, and order-to-cash activities, resolving issues with a service-focused approach. Assist Sales and Finance with routine analysis covering pricing trends, sales volume, promotional activity, and ad hoc business requests. Apply foundational knowledge of product costing to better interpret pricing adjustments and support informed decision-making. Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to simplify pricing processes and improve operational efficiency. Build strong working relationships with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance to support collaboration and consistent execution. Help maintain process controls by confirming approvals, supporting audit readiness, reviewing rebate activity, and keeping customer documentation organized.
