Earned is seeking a Manager, Growth Activation to play a critical execution and leadership role in integrating newly acquired firms and activating growth across the Earned platform. This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and partners closely with Corporate Development, Client Development, Marketing, Operations, Product/Technology, Finance, HR, and leaders at newly acquired firms. The primary focus is ensuring that acquired businesses are operationally ready, commercially enabled, and
