Your welding expertise directly impacts the quality, durability, and performance of the machines we deliver to customers around the world.

What You'll Do: Perform MIG welding, including loading and unloading fixtures and welding standard componentsWeld mild steel to fabricate scale base assemblies and other structural componentsGrind surface welds to ensure a smooth finish that meets paint-quality standardsOperate shop equipment including a radial arm drill press and sawWork in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standardsSupport team operations by backfilling cells as neededWork overtime as required to meet production schedules and project deadlinesMust pass and maintain Pulse Welding CertificationPhysical Requirements: Ability to stand for 9-10 hours per shiftManual dexterity to maneuver equipment and materials during weldingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs What Are We Looking For? (Requirements) We are looking for someone who: Has at least one (1) year of MIG welding experience with the ability to pass a pulse assessment (pulse welding experience is a plus) Can read and follow instructions in English, including blueprints and standard work documentsIs a self-starter who is detail-oriented and committed to quality and safetyDemonstrates strong problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environmentPractices safe work habits individually and with team membersFollows PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) guidelinesIs team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skillsCan follow both written and verbal instructionsThrives in a fast-paced production environmentHas reliable attendanceIs willing and able to work overtime as neededIs customer-focused with a strong commitment to quality and production schedulesIs legally authorized to work in the U.S.Can pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check Education & Experience: Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols strongly preferredAbility to read a tape measureExperience welding outside of a fixture is a plusExperience operating a saw and drill press required (prior machining experience strongly desired) High school diploma or equivalent required (vocational or trade school training is a plus)
