People & Learning Partner — Manager Development Lead

Arc is seeking a Staff People and Learning Partner to own the people strategy for Sales, Service, and G&A, developing manager programs and clear IC career pathways. You’ll design, deliver, and measure impact of training, while partnering with leaders to design org structures and drive people analytics. You’ll spend ~40% on learning & development for managers, building scalable playbooks and templates so Engineering and Production can adopt the framework.
