Key Responsibilities:
Deliver on-demand single session consultations, clinical assessments, and safety plans via phone, video, and chat
Utilize advanced technology platforms to enhance member experience and ensure timely access to mental health solutions
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation while protecting member confidentiality in accordance with EAP policies
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of crisis intervention experience
Valid unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
Master's Degree in a behavioral health counseling profession
Availability for 24/7 call center coverage, including potential holiday shifts
