Freelance Mechanical CFD Engineer

Key responsibilities: Train and evaluate AI agents on expert-level fluid simulation tasks using CAD geometry Set up and run simulations while building verified reference solutions Develop Python checks for validating the agent's resultsRequired qualifications A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field; a PhD is preferred Several years of hands-on industry or research experience with CFD tools such as OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX, or STAR-CCM+ Solid understanding of verification and validation practices, including mesh-independence studies Proficiency in Python and familiarity with GitHub English proficiency at B2 level or above
