Manufacturing Leadership Program: Engineer Rotations

Owens Corning is seeking candidates for its Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) in the United States. The program prepares engineers for technical or leadership roles within our manufacturing facilities, with rotations in Technical, TPM and Operations and a cross-functional assignment at the end based on interests. Participants are mentored by seasoned professionals and complete 24 to 30 months of rotations.
