AAA Club Alliance in Enfield, CT is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and in-shop technicians for repairs and maintenance. As an Advisor 1, you’ll greet customers, review estimates, schedule work, monitor progress, coordinate warranty or rental arrangements, and ensure timely communication. A high school diploma and knowledge of automotive tech are required; ASE is a plus.
