Staff Product Manager, Loyalty & Growth (Remote)

Affim is a remote-first fintech company building consumer loyalty and payment experiences. You will own the loyalty program from scratch, defining earn mechanics, tiers, and surface experiences across app, checkout, and post-purchase. The role demands deep modeling, cross-functional leadership, and comfort partnering with Risk, Legal, and Compliance. You will ship experiments, measure LTV, and iterate quickly while aligning stakeholders.
