Field Service and Technical Support Manager

Responsibilities: Lead commissioning and field service activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within established budgets. Coordinate field service engineering resources and technician schedules, assigning the appropriate personnel to each project. Manage customer communications throughout commissioning and service projects, providing regular updates on project status, progress, issues, and required actions. Coordinate customer troubleshooting support by phone or remote visual platforms when technicians are unable to respond immediately. Monitor commissioning budgets and communicate additional scope, site conditions, and purchase order modifications to customers as needed.
