Staff Pharmacist Contract PositionThis opportunity is for a Staff Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations with a contract position based in Belleville, IL. The role requires strong skills in filling, checking, verifying prescriptions, and providing patient counseling in a retail pharmacy environment.
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00am7:00pm (24-30 hours per week) Saturday: 9:00am2:00pm Sunday: Emergency orders only, with on-call from 7:00am7:00pm (on-call paid at $8/hr)
Key Responsibilities: Accurately fill and verify prescriptions to ensure patient safety and compliance Counsel patients on medications, usage, and potential side effects Manage typical retail pharmacy duties and documentation
