Senior Staff Attorney – Appeals & Court Operations

State of South Carolina seeks a seasoned legal administrator to support the Chief and Deputy Chief Staff Attorneys in managing the Staff Attorneys' Office. You will independently review complex direct appeals, post-conviction petitions, and motions, and draft recommendations, orders, and memoranda for the Court. You will lead a fifteen-attorney office, train staff, monitor timeliness, and coordinate with the Clerk and Court to ensure smooth operations.
