Private Equity Buyout Associate — Valuation & Diligence

Bayview Asset Management is seeking an Associate in Private Equity Buyout investing to evaluate and execute investments, build robust financial models, and drive diligence with third-party advisors. You will prepare committee materials and monitor portfolio performance to support value creation initiatives. The role targets candidates with 2–4 years in IB/consulting/PE, a finance-related degree, and strong analytical and communication skills, in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
