Key Responsibilities:

Manual Labor: Moving heavy materials (e.g., pipes, bags of concrete) and backfilling trenches. Site Maintenance: Cleaning up debris and maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work area. Safety Signaling: Operating as a spotter, flagging traffic, and signaling operators to ensure safety.
Job Requirements:
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift over 100 pounds, dig by hand, and work in trenches or confined spaces.
Skills: Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and ability to follow instructions.
Education:
