Data Center – Superintendent

Experience required: Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on large-scale construction projects Experience working on data center, mission-critical, industrial, or complex commercial projects Strong experience managing subcontractors, trades, manpower, and daily site activities Ability to coordinate multiple trades and construction activities against project schedules Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, and scopes of work Experience with site logistics, constructability reviews, and short-term look-ahead planning Proven ability to manage safety, quality, schedule, and field risk Experience tracking project progress, milestones, punch lists, and closeout activities Strong experience working with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors Knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead large field teams If this role is of interest, please apply with an updated resume.
