This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to take ownership of estimating for complex renovation and building-envelope projects while working closely with operations and leadership. What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of construction estimating experience
- Strong background estimating commercial construction projects
- Experience with renovation, occupied/existing buildings and/or building-envelope work
- Ability to estimate multi-trade projects from conceptual budgets through final bids
- Strong understanding of plans, specifications, scopes, subcontractor pricing and takeoffs
- Proven ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines independently
- Local to or able to work from the Denver/Englewood area
