Compensation: Competitive Base Pay + Production Bonuses —Earning Potential Up to $50/Hour We are a growing manufacturing company in Tualatin looking for anexperienced, highly skilled Powder Coaterwho takes pride in doing exceptional work. This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who knows how to spray, understands how to produce a high-quality finish consistently, and knows how to workquickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. If you are one of the best at what you do, we are willing to pay for performance. In addition to competitive base pay, this position offersproduction-based bonuses with total earning potential of up to $50 per hour.

What You’ll Do: As an experienced Powder Coater, you will be responsible for producing high-quality finishes while helping drive productivity and efficiency within the shop.

Responsibilities include: Applying powder coating to metal parts and products with consistent, high-quality results Properly preparing, spraying, coating, and finishing parts Setting up and adjusting powder coating equipment for different jobs and specifications Monitoring coating thickness, coverage, appearance, and overall finish quality Identifying and correcting coating defects or quality issues Maintaining an efficient production pace while meeting quality expectations Reducing rework, waste, and unnecessary downtime Keeping equipment and the work area clean, organized, and ready for production Following all safety procedures and shop standards Helping set the standard for quality, productivity, and accountability within the team Who We’re Looking For We want someone who ishighly motivated, completely reliable, and serious about their craft. The right person: Has professional powder coating and spray experience Can consistently produce excellent finishes Understands how to balancespeed, quality, and efficiency Shows up on time and can be counted on every day Takes ownership of their work Is productive without needing constant supervision Understands production goals and knows how to get work completed efficiently Can identify problems and solve them before they slow down production Has strong attention to detail Leads by example and helps raise the performance of the people around them We are especially interested in someone who has the ability and desire to be aleader in the shop, whether through formal leadership experience or simply by setting the standard through their work ethic and performance.
