Are you passionate about building and crafting with your hands? Do you enjoy working with precision and care to create something meaningful? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Medical Device Assembler. Hours are 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm – Temp to Hire Opportunity! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on life-saving medical devices, including assembling catheters, while learning the ins and outs of a growing and innovative industry.
Responsibilities:
Craft High-Quality Products: Assemble catheters and other medical device components using your hands and precision tools like tweezers, rulers, and adhesive dispensers.
Learn the Trade: Follow detailed written procedures and receive hands-on training to master the assembly process.
Stay Organized: Maintain a clean, efficient workstation and accurately document your work to meet quality standards.
Ensure Excellence: Perform basic quality checks and report any issues to your supervisor.
Collaborate: Work alongside a supportive team to meet production goals and deliver exceptional products.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
A passion for building, crafting, or working with your hands. Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to follow instructions and procedures carefully. A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn. Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and excited to contribute to a mission that makes a difference.
