Commercial Litigation Attorney

The Role: You will have meaningful involvement throughout the litigation lifecycle, including: Conducting factual investigations and managing discovery Drafting pleadings, briefs, and substantive motions Taking and defending depositions Preparing for and arguing motions Participating in mediations and settlement negotiations Handling state and federal court matters Supporting arbitrations and trials Communicating directly with clients Contributing to litigation strategy and case management Experience with administrative matters, arbitration, transportation, or supply-chain disputes is a plus. Second-chair trial or arbitration experience is preferred but not required. What We're Looking For Candidates should have: 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience Active Arizona Bar admission or a commitment to obtaining it promptly Strong discovery, deposition, and motion practice experience Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills Strong professional judgment and client communication skills Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters A proactive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial approach Why Consider It?
