Senior Manager, Real Estate and Capital Projects

Lead Vantor's enterprise real estate portfolio and capital projects, aligning lease strategy, investment plans, and project delivery with business priorities. Manage the real estate portfolio, lease obligations, renewals, amendments, landlord matters, and transaction support. Develop capital plans, prepare CAPEX and OPEX business cases, forecast spending, analyze variances, and recommend priorities. Establish project governance standards for intake, prioritization, scope, stage gates, cost, schedule, risk, change control, procurement, and closeout. Lead capital and real estate projects from discovery and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational handoff.
