You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training Supported, Not Micromanaged Owners are not involved in clinical decisionsprovides live remote BCBA support and clinical training from the Franchising TeamWe have a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. We give BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work. All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
