Key responsibilities:
Facilitating the continuous capital planning intake lifecycle and managing project lists
Partnering with Directors and Project Executives to establish annual capital allocation baselines and review multi-year capital plans
Leading structured project intake reviews to generate reliable cost models prior to architect engagement
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or Real Estate Economics
8 to 12+ years of experience in corporate real estate capital planning or portfolio finance
Proven expertise in capital budget administration across large-scale real estate portfolios with significant spend
Deep familiarity with project intake workflows and financial risk governance
Experience managing SOX-aligned accrual processes within a corporate real estate context
