Missio Marketing is a marketing agency serving churches, nonprofits, Christian businesses, and businesses serving Christians. We are seeking a Performance Creative Production Specialist to produce and adapt advertising assets for a major client campaign across Google, Meta and programmatic advertising. The overall account will invest more than $100,000 per month across these channels. You will help turn approved creative direction, brand assets and messaging into polished, platform-ready ads—and produce new variations as the team learns what performs. This is a hands-on production role focused on quality, speed and organized delivery.

Hours: Part-time, 0-10 hours a week, with additional availability during setup and launch
Reports to: Senior Paid Media Strategist & Account Lead
Responsibilities: Translate the approved media strategy into a programmatic campaign plan, including audiences, inventory, formats, bidding and budget allocation. Build, launch and manage campaigns within the selected demand-side platform. Coordinate with the tracking specialist to verify conversion tracking, audience setup and campaign measurement before launch. Confirm creative specifications, trafficking requirements, destination URLs and campaign dates. Monitor delivery, spending and performance; identify and resolve pacing or inventory issues. Optimize targeting, bids, placements and frequency based on campaign objectives and results. Apply and monitor brand-safety, placement-quality and invalid-traffic controls. Recommend tests and budget adjustments to the account lead. Provide clear performance summaries, insights and documented optimization decisions. Participate in internal performance reviews and support client reporting as needed.
Qualifications: Demonstrated hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns in a demand-side platform with a minimum budget of $100K or more (monthly budget).Ability to independently build, troubleshoot and optimize campaigns. Strong understanding of audience targeting, inventory selection, bidding, frequency management and media quality. Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets and maintaining accurate pacing. Working knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution and the limitations of platform reporting. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet a compressed launch timeline. Clear communication skills and experience collaborating with paid media, creative and measurement teams. Experience with nonprofit, donation, or mission-driven campaigns is a plus.
What success looks like: Campaigns launch accurately and on schedule, spending remains aligned with the approved plan, and optimization decisions support the client’s agreed goals. The team receives clear visibility into performance, inventory quality and emerging risks.
