Maintains precise inventory records to ensure efficient operations and cost control. Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including signage, cash registers, and ensuring a secure and organized environment. Maintains a visually appealing facility by overseeing cleanliness and organization while strategically arranging merchandise displays. Provides comprehensive staff training, conducts performance evaluations, and assigns specific tasks to ensure efficiency. Performs other duties as assigned.
