Lead High-Voltage Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of primary technology solutions, including floor plans, plant layouts, and construction specifications for high-voltage projects Coordinate constructive interfaces across project workstreams to align technical design with project delivery requirements Produce and maintain project documentation using AutoCAD, Primtech, and/or Revit, applying BIM standards where applicable

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably with a focus on Energy Technology Significant experience in primary technical planning and project management for high-voltage projects (110kV-380kV) Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primtech, and/or Revit for 2D/3D design and documentation Fluent in English with clear communication skills across international teams and stakeholders Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop practical solutions to complex technical challenges
