Facilities Maintenance Engineer Hands-On Repairs

ACCESS | MANAGEMENT ∙ REALTY ∙ MAINTENANCE ∙ LIFESTYLE seeks a Maintenance Engineer to perform a variety of semi-skilled tasks in building upkeep at our Sarasota facilities. Under limited supervision, you will address electrical, plumbing, carpentry and safety concerns, and ensure tools and equipment are ready at the job site. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of maintenance experience, plus a Florida driver's license.
