Senior Energy & Power Infrastructure Counsel

Hut 8 Corp. is seeking a senior energy and infrastructure legal professional to draft, diligence, and oversee power agreements essential to the company’s energy strategy in the U.S. market. You will negotiate PPA, interconnection, and utility contracts across on-site and behind-the-meter generation while aligning regulatory timelines with project schedules. You will manage regulatory compliance, advise on tariffs, and coordinate with finance on energy trading and lender covenants.
