Manufacturing Engineer

What You Will Be Doing: As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for driving process stability, improving productivity, and ensuring product quality in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for wiring harness production. • Lead root cause investigations and develop corrective actions to reduce defects and rework. • Collaborate with operations and quality teams to achieve on time delivery and compliance with specifications. • Evaluate equipment performance and recommend upgrades or automation enhancements where appropriate. • Document and standardize work instructions, process parameters, and best practice guidelines.

Required Experience: Relevant engineering degree with 5+ years of cable and harness manufacturing experience IAW IPC-A-620, or 10+ years experience with no degree. 5+ years experience working with benchtop cable and harness equipment (wire strippers, Cirris testers, automatic crimpers, etc.) including F crimp processing.
